Ivy Zicarelli

DIRECTOR OF UNDERWRITING AND NEW BUSINESS

Ivy joined Sentinel Solutions in 2008 and has been integral to the strategic growth of Sentinel, implementing processes to allow for first-class client service. This extensive history with Sentinel has molded her into an efficient and knowledgeable liaison between providers/vendors, internal associates, and the insurance carriers and most importantly, our clients.

Throughout her tenure at Sentinel, Ivy has assisted in the development of the Employee Benefits division, the Underwriting Group, and Sentinel’s Concierge Service for the Family Suite.

In her current role, Ivy’s commitment to clients and knowledge of the industry allows her to provide a level of service that expedites the application, underwriting, issue and enforce process on all Life & Disability business.

Ivy received her BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford with a concentration in insurance. She also received a Doctorate in Dental Surgery and Prosthetics from NYU. Outside of the office, Ivy has a passion for outdoor life and enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing with her husband and two children.
